Purpose-led Team Building

Teams need a space to develop, breath, think, assess and re-design their work. Team building processes are designed to enable cohesion around the team’s ability to navigate in a complex, rapidly changing business environment. 

Past experiences, successes and failures, are honored, while meaningful conversations and authentic dialogues allow to progress into the future teams wish to reach. 

Workshops can be 1 to 3 days long, depending on the depth and level of transformation needed to achieve.  Purpose-led team building are an opportunity for a leadership team to address their must win battles together, to co-create new ways of working, and to re-connect to their shared purpose.  Exercises and activities are designed based on the business issues at hand, so they never feel theoretical or out-of-touch.

Conference keynote workshop accelerates a new way to energize transformation based on the Inner Development Goals (IDG) — a powerful framework for cultivating the inner skills needed to lead wisely and effectively in today's complex world. The approach will give methods and ways to navigate inner change for a outer transformation towards a more sustainable and regenerative world, or simply a more future-fit organization. 

The session blends inspiration and interaction. It begins with a compelling keynote that introduces the IDG framework and its relevance to global and topic-related challenges, followed by a series of dynamic, small-group breakout sessions designed to put insight into practice.
