About

Elinor is a facilitator and executive coach working with organizations at their transformational edge.

 Founder of the Israeli Inner Development Goals Hub and a co-author of a book on partnership building in organizations together with Geffen Management Consulting. Elinor is a certified Organizational Consultant, IDG Ambassador, a trained Lumina Learning and MBTI psychometric assessment expert, certified System Constellation advanced facilitator, trained in Art of Hosting facilitation methodologies. She holds an M.A. Degree in communication from CUNY. 

15 years of experience in leadership

Elinor is an expert in generating transformational change in the global business sector, working with executives and leadership teams of various sizes and industries, helping them make that quantum leap they wish for through a re-connection to purpose, regaining a sense of trust and belonging, and through personal development, building effective partnerships.
